Siracha Powder
So I just seen this technique to make your own Sriracha powder. Basically it’s just dehydrating the Sriracha until it clumps together and then you can crush it up to give you a super intense powder that goes well on top of everything. It does get very spicy as all the water is removed from the sauce leaving it extremely concentrated.

Jalapeno Parmesan Cheese Dip
Here’s a Jalapeno Parmesan Cheese Dip that I plan on making to snack on for the Superbowl. I seen a recipe online while looking for ideas that blended parmesan and jalapeno and decided that a spicy, white cheese dip would be something different from the “nacho cheese” style that is normally done with jalapenos.

Teriyaki Beef
Teriyaki is actually a combination of 2 words, “Tari” for the shine that is left from the sugar content of the sauce and “Yaki” for cooking by grilling or broiling. You can find any number of teriyaki sauces at the grocery store or market, but it basically all breaks down to Soy Sauce, Sugar , Garlic and Ginger. It gives a sweet, salty, spicy and savory edge to any type of protein whether it’s Red Meat, Poultry or Fish.

Spicy Pickled Garlic
Garlic is by far my favorite thing in the world next to Bacon, this is a way to pickle up some Spicy Garlic that will last for about a month in the ‘fridge. I like to add about a tablespoon of Ghost Pepper Powder, which is way more than most people like, it’s a ton of heat, but it makes for a great one Garlic popper snack.

Bacon Bloody Mary
Here’s a recipe for a Bacon Bloody Mary. This is everything you need for breakfast all in one tasty glass. I tried one of these at this restaurant in Scottsdale called Culinary Dropout. It’s a neat place that had a great list of cocktails and this was one of them. You can whip one of these up using the Bacon Infused Vodka and garnish with a fresh slice of bacon.

Mango Ghost Fire Sauce
This is a salsa / chutney that goes awesome on chicken or fish. It starts sweet then the heat starts to really kick after a few seconds. When you blend this up you want to make it fine, with no chunks, so that it has a ketchup like consistency. It will taste best within the first 3-5 days then it starts to lose the sweetness and gain a little more heat.

Jalapeno Salsa Bagel Schmear
One of the things I love for breakfast is a bagel smothered in flavored Cream Cheese. Einstein Bros. has the best bagel flavors around, the Jalapeno Salsa Schmear is just outta this world. This is a recipe to get you close to that awesome kick that goes great on bagels or even as a dip for pita slices or tortilla chips. It’s probably not the healthiest spread to pile on but it sure is the tastiest.
