So I just seen this technique to make your own Sriracha powder. Basically it’s just dehydrating the Sriracha until it clumps together and then you can crush it up to give you a super intense powder that goes well on top of everything. It does get very spicy as all the water is removed from the sauce leaving it extremely concentrated.
- Spread out the Sriracha onto a flat cookie pan.
- Place in a 200 degree oven for roughly 1-1.5 hours. Until the Sriracha is dry.
- Leave out to cool, then add to a plastic Ziplock bag and crush thoroughly.
- Use as a garnish or add into sauces to give a garlicky kick of heat.
