Sauce

Bourbon Sauce Glaze

While looking around at pork recipes earlier today, I found a couple different ones that I thought sounded pretty delicious.  Here’s a sauce that I found that is Bourbon based and should go nicely with pork or even with chicken. You can cut up fresh chilis and tomatoes if you like, otherwise the small cans will do the trick, you can find them in the supermarket, usually in the Mexican foods isle.

Kung Pao Spaghetti, just like California Pizza Kitchen

As soon as I seen this recipe, I knew I was going to try it as soon as possible.  Kung Pao Chicken is by far my favorite dish in any Chinese restaurant.  This has all the flavor and style as Kung Pao chicken, but whipped up in a new way on top of spaghetti. If you’d like to do a variation, just substitute 20 or so medium shrimp (peeled and deveined) in place of the chicken.

Pork Loin with a Mango Chutney

Pork loin is a great dinner idea. You can cook pork in so many different ways and styles that it is a perfect medium to try and play around with flavors. This is a recipe I seen that sounded pretty tastey, and the mango chutney gives you a fresh option instead of the usual BBQ sauce.

Chicken Scampi O.G. Style

When I worked at the Olive Garden, this had to be by far, my favorite dish to cook.  The sauce is probably the most unhealthiest one that they serve, but the taste is outta this world.  Plus you can use the sauce for just about any type of pasta or meat or even as a dipping sauce on the side.
