Outback is just such an awesome restaurant. They have great food at great prices and their recipes are just fresh, flavorful and delicious! These mushrooms that they make are an amazing side to any of their steaks. I’ll whip these up at home just to snack on as the mushrooms really soak up the flavor of the marinade, making for a healthy and tasty treat.
- 1 can (10.5 ounce) Beef Broth
- 1/2 cup Diced Onions
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 – 8 ounce cans or jars of Small Whole Mushrooms plus the juice of one of the cans ( 1 lb Fresh Mushrooms (Rough Chopped)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1/3 cup Burgundy Wine
- Place the Beef Broth in a saucepan and simmer the Garlic and Onion in it for 15 minutes.
- Add the Mushrooms and Wine and simmer for another 10-15 minutes and serve.
