Mango Ghost Fire Sauce

This is a salsa / chutney that goes awesome on chicken or fish.  It starts sweet then the heat starts to really kick after a few seconds. When you blend this up you want to make it fine, with no chunks, so that it has a ketchup like consistency. It will taste best within the first 3-5 days then it starts to lose the sweetness and gain a little more heat.

Serbian Tomato Salad

Salads make for a tasty healthy lunch that will help you slim down for the swimsuit season while not leaving you hungry. The flavor comes with the freshness of the vegetables that you use, the best ones are fresh picked ones right out of the garden.

Danish Remoulade

Remoulade is almost like a tartar sauce.  This goes great with fried fish or french-fries, but is used alot on roast beef and onion sandwiches or even hot-dogs. This recipe is good for making in bulk but because of the ingredients, it may be cheaper to buy pre-made remoulade at the grocery store if you can find it.

Russian Beef Stroganoff

Everyone’s heard of Beef Stroganoff. It’s a very filling meal that is pretty easy to make.  Once you make the main Beef and Mushroom sauce you can use it to add to rice or noodles, whichever you prefer more

Jalapeno Salsa Bagel Schmear

One of the things I love for breakfast is a bagel smothered in flavored Cream Cheese.  Einstein Bros. has the best bagel flavors around, the Jalapeno Salsa Schmear is just outta this world.  This is a recipe to get you close to that awesome kick that goes great on bagels or even as a dip for pita slices or tortilla chips.  It’s probably not the healthiest spread to pile on but it sure is the tastiest.

Lil Smoky Corn Dogs

A State Fair favorite is Corndogs. You just can’t go wrong with any kind of meat on a stick.  These little puppies are great for any party that you’re throwing as they are so easy to make and you can fry them up continuously so that you don’t run out.

Southern Smothered Pork Chops

So since today, Paula Deen came out about having diabetes, whodda thunk, I figured I’d highlight 2 recipes of hers that I’m a big fan of. Neither of these require a ton of butter or butter cream, and are actually somewhat healthy and really tasty.
