Everyone has had a Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad or Egg Salad Sandwich, but have you had a Bacon Salad Sandwich? Salad Sandwiches are a great easy lunch that you can whip up in no time flat, just make up the Salad Base and then add any type of protein that you like and now you have a quick, tasty lunch or snack.

Ingredients:
Salad Base:
- 1/4 tsp Course Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cracked Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 1 Onion, quartered
Protein:
- 1 cup Chicken
- 6-8 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1 cup Tuna
- 1 cup chopped Bacon
Directions:
- Thoroughly mix all Salad Base ingredients
- Add your choice of protein to Salad Base and mix together.
- Serve on Toast or with crackers, chips or any other way you want
