Remoulade is almost like a tartar sauce. This goes great with fried fish or french-fries, but is used alot on roast beef and onion sandwiches or even hot-dogs. This recipe is good for making in bulk but because of the ingredients, it may be cheaper to buy pre-made remoulade at the grocery store if you can find it.
