Orange Sauce

This sauce is really tasty with fish and chicken. You can use it as a baste when you’re grilling to give a lot of fresh flavor to white fish. It takes about 15 minutes to make so it’s something that you want to make up before you start cooking any meat or veggies.

Baked Mostaccioli

This is a basic Sunday recipe to feed a few people on the cheap. Same recipe as lasagna just with different noodles, so you can make this with just about any type of starch. For a southwest style you can use taco sauce and Cheddar cheese with some Tapatio hot sauce.

Sweet Chile and Habanero Sauce

I love making this sauce, it’s perfect on just about everything. I use it on baked potatoes, steak, chicken, fish, shrimp, pizza, french fries, toast, noodles, rice, vegetables….. on and on. There’s a little asian market that as the sweet chile sauce for cheap, which is a great sauce on it’s own. Once you whip this up, you’ll see how great it goes on everything, it’s just a great combination of sweet, salty, and spicy.

Firey Tequila Steak Marinade

This marinade is perfect for tequila and beer Saturdays. Thinly sliced Skirt or Flank steak, when allowed to marinate for 2 nights, will practically flake at the fork after you throw it on the grill for a few minutes. You can also use it to marinate chicken for great Pollo Asado burritos. If you save some of the marinade, it makes for a great baste while the meat is grilling.
