Orange Sauce

This sauce is really tasty with fish and chicken. You can use it as a baste when you’re grilling to give a lot of fresh flavor to white fish. It takes about 15 minutes to make so it’s something that you want to make up before you start cooking any meat or veggies.

  • 2 Cups Orange Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • Sprig of Fresh Cilantro
  • Chili Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. In a small sauce pot, bring the Orange Juice to a boil. Cook down to about 1/4 cup.
  2. Turn off the heat and add in the Honey, Vinegar, Lime Juice, Salt, Pepper and Chili Flakes. Whisk well.
