Here’s a sweet onion dip that goes pretty good with crackers or veggies. A really easy recipe and even tho it’s not the healthiest of snacks, it sure is tastey.
1 cup of diced Vidalia Onion
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Cream Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
- Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
- Spread into a shallow baking dish and bake about 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Serve with Chips, Crackers and veggies!
