So I found this recipe online today and wanted to post it up. This is one of my favorite asian style sauces that goes extremely well with all types of meats or vegetables. You can adjust the heat to your liking by changing the amount of chillies added.
1 cup Seeded Fresh Red Chillies
8 Garlic Cloves
2 inch Ginger
2 cups Cider Vinegar
2.5 cups Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp White Pepper ( or you can use Black Pepper as well)
Puree Chilli, Ginger & Garlic in Food Processor.
Add Vinegar, Salt and Sugar
Boil until a syrupy consistency & then pour into sealable container.
