Slow Cooked Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Pulled Pork is just a great sandwich filler.  You can make it spicy or sweet as you want. Leftovers are good for a week in the fridge and you can have sandwiches one day, throw it on top of rice for the next, make soup on the third and if there’s any left, you can add some cheddar cheese and eggs and make breakfast. Here’s an easy recipe you can start before work and finish up right when you get home.
