Sesame Tuna Steaks

You can find tuna steaks on sale from time to time, since they were on special at the store this weekend, I picked some up and made a great glaze, marinated them and threw them on the grill. Made for a tasty lunch along with a caesar salad. Tua only takes a few minutes which is great to make quickly.

  • 1/4 Rice Wine
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Wasabi paste
  • 3 Green Onions (Scallions)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Slice the green onions into rings, mix thoroughly along with rest of ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Marinate the tuna steaks for at least an hour in the sauce.
  3. Grill about roughly 5 minutes each side. 3-4 minutes if you want it medium rare.
