If you enjoy Reuben Sandwiches, then this is a perfect dip for you. All the flavor and it goes great on whatever you want to dip in it. Rye breads, crackers, chips, tortillas, veggies and the list goes on. Whip it up for a party and impress all your guests.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Thousand Island Dressing.
- 1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) Sour Cream
- 2 pkg. Corn Beef, Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Sauerkraut, with juice
- 1 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
Directions:
- Warm the Cream Cheese
- Mix Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Swiss Cheese, Sauerkraut and Corn Beef
- Cover and heat at 350 degrees until hot or microwave on medium until hot.
- Add Thousand Island dressing and mix thoroughly.
- Serve on Crackers, chips, veggies or whatever floats your boat.
