Instead of boring old mayonnaise, try this recipe for a Malt Vinegar Aioli that goes great on fries and chips and even used instead of mayo on your burger.
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Malt Vinegar
- 2 Garlic cloves, mashed
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Tarragon Leaves
- Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Add all ingredient sin a food processor and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before serving.
