Seems like a lot of the restaurants are in such deep debt by the time Kitchen Nightmares gets there that there’s a slim chance of keeping their head above water even with decent business. Not to mention those restaurant owners that revert right back to their old ways of doing things after Gordon Ramsay leaves. I never understood that…if that way of doing things was sinking the business before why would they ever think going back to it would suddenly work?
Thanks for that complete list. I liked the UK versions more because it was not censored and Gordon didn’t use a formula approach. I don’t know why these so-called chefs wouldn’t listen to a man who owns Michelin star restaurants.
