Joe’s Crab Shack is an alright place to go if you’re a fan for cheap seafood and good drinks. The random dancing is really annoying tho, and even the food can’t save that aspect. They do make a great crab dip tho, and this recipe will get you pretty much as close as you can next to ordering it at the restaurant.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp Butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1/4 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/8 tsp Paprika
- 4 tsp Onions, diced
- 4 tsp Green Bell Pepper, minced
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 6 oz Crab Meat
Directions:
Mix all ingredients besides crab meat until thoroughly mixed. After it is all mixed well, add crab and lightly mix so you don’t destroy the crabmeat.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes, until bubbly.
