This is a cheap, great tasting dressing for your next big party or function. You can whip up a gallon of it and leave it on the buffet table for the day and then store it for up to a month!
Ingredients
- 2 quarts olive oil
- 1/3 cup garlic powder
- 1/3 cup dried oregano
- 1/3 cup dried basil
- 1/4 cup pepper
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
- 2 quarts red wine vinegar
Put everything in a large bowl and whip it up until it’s blended. Makes about a gallon so you’ll have more than enough to share and save some for later.
