Grilled Corn in the Husk

Nothing goes better with a hot grilled steak like some corn on the cob. Here’s how to do it quickly and easily at the same time while you’re working on cooking up everything else.

Step 1. Peel back the husks from the corn but DON’T remove them, you want to remove as much of the silk as you can then fold the husks back up around the corn again.

Step 2. Soak the Ears of Corn in a large pot of cold salt water (about 1/4 to 1/2 cup salt per gallon. Allow to soak for about 20 minutes, to help keep the from burning.

Step 3: Grill the corn over low-medium heat, turning often for about 15-20 minutes, until the kernels are soft.
