- 1 tsp Ghost Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (equal parts Basil, Oregano and Cilantro)
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce, or Worchestershire
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Melt Butter, Add Garlic and sautee until starting to brown, remove from heat and add rest of ingredients, whisking thoroughly.
- Use as Marinade or as a side sauce for any type of Meat, Poultry, Vegetables or Fish.
