Here’s a cool, refreshing dip that is perfect for potato chips or as a spread for burgers and sandwiches. It’s best if you let it sit for a few hours before serving it.
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Cream Cheese
- 3-4 Dill Pickles
- 1 Tbsp Dill Weed
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Soften Cream Cheese.
- Using food processor, mince the Dill Pickles, Dill Weed and Garlic together.
- In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients together, cover and refridgerate.
