Here’s a good recipe for a sauce that is huge in the south. It’s very flavorful, easy to make and goes great with any type of meat or fried food.
Ingredients:
- 2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1 cup cottonseed oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/3 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 4 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons wor-cestershire
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
Directions:
- Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Allow to sit overnight in refrigerator before use.
