Citrus Garlic Sauce

This Citrus Garlic Sauce is a great topping for all types of seafood and veggies.


  • Lemon Peel
  • Whole Garlic Clove (peeled)
  • 1 Sprig Rosemary
  • 3/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice


Thoroughly blend up the Garlic, Rosemary, Lemon Juice and Olive Oil in food processor. Add Lemon Peel to squeeze bottle or container and pour liquid on top, This will stay good in the fridge for about a week or two. Goes great when drizzled on Veggies, Seafood, Pasta, and salads.
