  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 1 1/2 C. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk

Melt down the Cream Cheese and 1 tsp of milk in the microwave. Use a low setting for about 3 minutes and stir every 30-40 seconds until it becomes to a creamy consistency.

Combine the rest of the ingredients, dry first, and mix well. You can continue in the microwave another 4-5 minutes on a low setting, again stirring every 30-40 seconds.

Spread over homemade rolls. You can use this with french toast, waffles, strawberrys, and even chicken as well.
