Cinnabon Icing

If you’ve been thru an airport in the last 10 years, chances are you’ve smelled that wonderful Cinnabon fresh baked smell wafting down the terminal. The best part of Cinnabon is the icing. Here’s a recipe you can use to make that delicious Cinnabon icing.


  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Milk
  • 1 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter (Softened)
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Milk



Melt down the Cream Cheese and 1 tsp of Milk in the microwave. Use a low setting for about 3 minutes and stir every 30-40 seconds until it becomes to a creamy consistency.

Combine the remaining Milk, Vanilla and Butter together then whisk in the Powdered Sugar. You can continue in the microwave another 4-5 minutes on a low setting, again stirring every 30-40 seconds.

Spread over homemade rolls. You can use this with french toast, waffles, strawberries, and even chicken as well.
