Here’s a great Chinese Sticky Glaze that you can use the next time your cooking up chicken wings or any kind of poultry on the grill. The saltiness of the soy sauce is a great compliment to the sweetness of the honey, and you still have a layer of heat with the jalapenos and pepper flakes. Plus it’s great for a marinade also!
- 24 Tbsp Honey
- 8 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
- 1 Jalapeno finely julienned
- 1 Tbsp ground Ginger
- Sea Salt and White Pepper to taste
- 3 cloves minced Garlic
- Mix all ingredients throughly
- Use as a marinade and then baste chicken heavily the last 15 minutes of cooking.
- Stores for about a week
