These eggs are pretty tasty. The saltiness of the soy sauce and the sweetness from the sugar give an even flavor that make these eggs addicting. hardboiling the eggs is the hardest part of this recipe so, if you’re like me and have a dozen hardboiled eggs on hand at all time, then these make a great snack with only a few minutes of prep.
Ingredients:
- Hard-boiled Eggs
- Butter
- Soy Sauce
- Green Onions
- Sesame Oil
Directions:
- Add Butter and Soy Sauce in Skillet over a low-medium heat.
- Add Eggs to to skillet and cook for 5 mins, turning constantly.
- When Eggs become dark brown, move to serving plate and slice.
- Drizzle with Sesame Oil sprinkle on sliced Green Onions and serve with Sriracha on the side.
