Chimmichurri is a South American sauce used for grilled meat. It is originally from Argentina but is also used in Uruguay, Bolivia, and in countries as far north as Nicaragua, Colombia and Mexico. It’s a quick paste to make up but tastes delicious and adds a fresh kick ot anything grilled.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Italian parsley
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Add all ingredients to food processor and mix until a paste like consistency, serve fresh. This will last about a week in the fridge
