Cheesey Beer Dip

This is a great thick dip for sourdough pretzels and other thicker snacks. It’s cheap to make and you probably already have most of the stuff needed to make it in your fridge as you’re reading this. So give this a try for next weeks kickoff!

Dip it Real Good!

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Beer
  • 1 envelope Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
  • 16 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, beer and dressing mix until smooth. Stir in cheese. Serve with pretzels. Refrigerate leftovers.
