Bacon is amazing, but sweet tangy Bacon is even better! Try out this next time you’re making breakfast for a great switch from the regular bacon you make all the time and it will save you from having a hot greasy pan pop up at you as you’re finishing your eggs.
- 1 lb Bacon
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil, coat the broiler rack with oil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Thoroughly coat the Bacon with Brown Sugar, lay out on the broiler rack and allow to cook about 15 minutes until the bacon is crispy. The brown sugar will bubble up and create a glaze for the bacon.
