This weekend, I went to a place here in Scottsdale called Culinary Dropout, that puts a new spin on going out for dinner. They had a great list of cocktails and this was probably the best one that I seen. It’s a little expensive, so this recipe will get you the delicious bacon vodka without dropping $10 a drink.

Ingredients:
- 6-8 strips delicious bacon
- 1 5th (750ml) vodka
Directions:
- Pour Vodka into a medium to large size container. Preferably a mason jar or large glass casserole dish. Add Bacon and let sit for 3-5 days, at room temperature.
- Add to freezer to help solidify all the fat tat as risen to the surface.
- Strain thru coffee filter into bottle then cap and store out of direct sunlight.
