Austrailian Beer Sauce

I seen this recipe a while ago and decided to try it this weekend. Super easy to make, this sauce is perfect for grilled chicken, steaks and seafood. I had it on the side burner of my grill on low and let it reduce down which made for a great glaze as I was finishing up the chicken wings.



  • 1 Can (29 oz) Tomato Puree
  • 6 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 12 oz Dark Beer
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste



  1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
