I seen this recipe a while ago and decided to try it this weekend. Super easy to make, this sauce is perfect for grilled chicken, steaks and seafood. I had it on the side burner of my grill on low and let it reduce down which made for a great glaze as I was finishing up the chicken wings.
Ingredients:
- 1 Can (29 oz) Tomato Puree
- 6 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 12 oz Dark Beer
- 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
