Apricot Glaze

So this Apricot Dressing is the same as the Olive Gardens.  It’s amazing on the Venetian Chicken and Asparagus, and also goes well with any type of chicken or vegetable or even fish.

Ingredents:

  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth/Stock
  • 1 Cup Apricots in juice
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:

Mix everything and whip it up well, add to a pot and simmer for roughly 20-30 minutes until it reduces about an 8th. Let it cool and then pour it over everything.  Pork and potatoes are really delicious with this as well.
