This is a cheap meal you can make for less than $10. It’s a tasty treat that you can whip up pretty easily. This meal will fill you up and stick to your rips, which makes for a great dinner on a colder day.
- Box of Pierogies
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 medium Onion (chopped into petals)
- 1 head Garlic (minced)
- 1 lb Bacon
- Chop Bacon slices into thirds, fry bacon until cooked and let rest on paper towels.
- While bacon is cooling, add Butter, Onion and Garlic to pan and saute on Medium High for rougjhly 8 minutes, turning frequently.
- Add bacon and cook on High for 2-3 minutes to heat bacon and crisp Pierogies.
