Can Kepler Distinguish Moons?

Can Kepler (and other exo-planet hunting programs) distinguish moons? I was thinking specifically about how our moon is relatively large (compared to us), as opposed to, say, Mars which has proportionally small moons.

Can the various methods for hunting exoplanets distinguish between, say, an Earth-sized planet with a large moon and a moonless super-Earth?
